NASWA head honcho and ANARC president emeritus Rich D'Angelo announces the awarding of ANARC's Don Jensen Award and NASWA's Bill Eddings Award to Joe Buch in recognition of his stalwart efforts on behalf of shortwave listeners to prevent the deployment of BPL (broadband over power lines), a technology that threatens to make the entire HF spectrum useless. Joe went home early and wasn't around to pick up the awards.
