More Spanish Moss.

In St. Augustine, the palm trees you see seem hokey, as if they're saying, "hey, wow, we're in Florida!". They don't grow naturally that far north in Florida. Here at Washington Oaks, the palms look perfectly natural. It's the Christmas tree that looks hokey.

One of the interesting things about Washington Oaks is how dramatically the landscape changes in such a short distance. Just the other side of Highway A1A from all those trees and moss is this scene. You can measure the changes in ecosystems in feet here. Pretty amazing.
